You will have to provide us with a domain name
If you are new to to online world or want a website to grow your business we will assist you in creating and registering a domain name. This can be your business name or if you are starting a new business we can register a brand new domain name example: www.mybusiness.co.za
We will check if the name is available and notify you immediately. Domain name registration is R90 per year regardless if you are registering an eCommerce website or a ordinary website.
We will need all the information
We will need as much information as possible to explain to your clients what the website is about. Optimizing a website means that both the search engines and Google understand what your website is all about. You don’t have to be a professional writer, we just need to understand what your website is all about and will do the layout and optimization for your websites.
Images for your website
You can send us all the images that you want for your website. We will resize them and optimize every images so that the Alt-Text matches your website and make it search engine friendly.
Contact Details and Emails
Hermanus Websites will create all the emails that you require for your new website. We send you the setup details and you can add your emails to your pc, laptop and smart phones.
Banking and Shipping Details for an eCommerce Website
If you are selling products or digital products online and require an eCommerce website we will need all the above including product images.
An eCommerce will have a payment gateway like EFT or other gateways. We will need your banking details to add it to the eCommerce website so that people can pay you directly from your website.
We will also require the shipping rates for your products. We can guide you through this process and also recommend services that is affordable in South Africa or even Overseas.
